James has been a fantastic PT. He’s supported me every step of the way and has always had my back. I’ve seen a huge difference to both my physical and mental health since working with James and that’s down to his commitment and encouragement. Plans are tailored to fit my needs and James is extremely adaptable. 1 to 1 sessions are always fun and I come away amazed at what I’m able to do.

I’ve been working with James for just over a month now. Hiring a PT was a bit intimidating for me, but he has been super friendly and really accessible whenever I have questions. My diet and workout plans have been tailored to me, and I’ve been able to fit them into my routine without too much difficulty. I’ve been enjoying our 1:1 PT sessions - James will definitely push you to work hard! Most importantly I’m already seeing a change, and I’m keen to keep working hard to reach my goals!

Signing up with James has been the best thing I've done! Having not done any strength training exercise for well over a year due to a shoulder injury, James listened to my concerns and came up with a realistic 6 week plan to help get my shoulder mobilised. Following James's plan along with physio has enabled me just about to fully mobilise my shoulder where motion was extremely restricted. James is really focused on helping me achieve my goals and as a result I am now lifting progressively heavier weights. He always ensures my technique is correct to avoid injuries and is always motivating and encouraging. I have no hesitation in recommending James as a PT!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend James. He's been coaching me for 11 weeks, with 2 PT sessions per week and an evolving nutrition plan, and the benefits to my physical and mental health were noticeable within a week. My lower back pain when sleeping has almost gone, and I feel stronger and fitter getting on with everyday things. My primary goal was to build strength and with James's training I'm over the moon with the numbers; never thought I'd be able to say I can leg press 177kg/27.8 stone! I've also lost 20 pounds and have gone down 2 sizes in jeans and 3 dress sizes. James and the team make the gym a friendly and inspirational place to be, and I've never felt out of place.
